TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Our minimum hire period is two weeks.
2. We require two weeks notice if you wish to vacate.
3. We require £100 deposit on sign up. This is totally refundable
4. We require four weeks license fee in advance on sign up.
5. We bill monthly and need invoices to be settled before the start of the month.
6. All units are inspected and where necessary are cleaned on vacation. Any costs incurred in cleaning or repairing a unit are charged to the customer. This very rarely is necessary.
7. Subject to the necessary notice of vacation, charges are rendered from the day that keys are signed out to the day that keys are signed back in.
8. Our staff are on hand every day from 8.00am to 5.00pm either to answer queries or assist where necessary. After 5.00pm our security guard is present.
