TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Self Storage

  1. Our minimum hire period is two weeks.
  2. We require two weeks notice if you wish to vacate.
  3. We require £100 deposit on signing up which is fully refundable at the expiration of your rental.
  4. We require a calendar month's rent in advance on signing up.
  5. We invoice monthly and payments are due strictly monthly or annually in advance.
  6. All units are inspected and where necessary are cleaned on vacation. Any costs incurred are charged to the customer
  7. When you don't need us anymore, return the keys after checking your unit for left belongings, damage etc. We try to refund deposits and overpayments within 3 working days.
  8. Charges are rendered from the day you sign the card out, to the day you sign them back in again subject to the correct notice period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Vehicle, Caravan and Boat Storage

  1. Our Minimum hire period is four weeks
  2. We require four weeks notice if you wish to vacate
  3. All customers must show the proof of insurance for the vehicle that is to be stored with us.
  4. We require a deposit of £100 on signing up which is fully refundable al the expiration of you rental.
  5. We require a calendar month's rent in advance on signing up.
  6. We invoice monthly and payments are due strictly monthly or annually in advance.
  7. When you don't need us anymore, return the keys after checking your unit for left belongings, damage etc. We try to refund deposits and overpayments within 3 working days.
