Customers pay monthly in advance and the rate depends on the unit size chosen.

The notice period of 14 days can be given at any time to vacate the unit and at the end of the day, you pay only for the days you use (providing correct notice is given).
All customers are expected to pay a security deposit of £125 on the commencement of their storage agreement with us. This is held as security against a multitude of items, to include, the cost of making necessary repairs and any unpaid fees. There are no hidden charges to incur when signing up.
Discounts are given to customers who are intending to take out long term storage lets with us and are able to pay in advance.
The table below details the discounted rates for 6 months and 12 months. Discounts are also given to Removal Companies, the amount of discount depends on how many units are taken.
